At Lucié Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your pieces; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Lucié gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
