To preserve the longevity of your pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes. Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth and store in your Lucié pouch when not in use.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Lucié Jewelry purchase includes a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
